Ma lin had lost in the finals in the last olympics which would of lowered his confidence but he was very resiliant and bounced back.
For the 2004 Olympic games Ma Lin won and got gold medal for the mens doubles.. With success in the Mens singles 2008 Ma Lin won the team table tennis for the Beijing Olympics.
Ma lin was very resiliant and was determined to come back to the olympics to beat his Wang hao and walk away with a gold and thats exactely what he did and came out winning the gold medal for 2008 Olympic Beijing Games poster yourself

The journey Ma lin started to play ping pong(table tennis) when he was the age of 14. Ma lin has won lots of world championships and won lots of competetions including the olympics and doubles. He is known in china for all his training in china and part of that is to do with how he got to the olympics. Ma lin had to triall in the 2000 sidney olympics and performed poorly.. The reason he won and is now the champion is resilliance and this is what he said''i prepared well for the games and i made a few more changes to my attacking. He also said'' i controlled my critical points well and that was the key to my victory.
